To make the card I watercolored the Wisemen and airbrushed in the background and moon with the Copic Airbrush System. The star is embossed with gold and an additional star embossed, watercolored and popped up over the original. A border added with a Corner Adorner and a Cuttlebug diecut embellishes the sentiment which is cut from a rectangle Nestability. A large bow embellished with a pearl pin and several beads balances the bottom of the card.
Although the details are listed here, there are additional pictures, closeups, tips and more detail at my blog. The entry for this item is:
Accessories: Cuttlebug Diecut, Nestability rectangle, EK Success Corner Adorner, ribbon, pearl pen, gold and black embossing powder, Tombow Markers, Copic Markes, Copic Airbrush System

Lovely watercoloring and that embossed, popped star on the airbrushed sky is beautiful! The pearl pin accent on the dark satin ribbon adds such richness to the kings.
