I had so much fun making my first card like this golden bird duet by happy-stamper at Splitcoaststampers that I decided to make another one! Once again my dp helped with color choices, but does a turquoise cardinal look okay? It may be a freak of nature...
The background is cream paper run thru my cuttlebug, then rubbed with a peeled turquoise crayon, spritzed with gold moon glow mist, and dried with my heat gun which also melts the crayon a little. It was fun to do and is a great way to use your kids' odds and ends of crayons.
So often I love one or two of the ribbons on one of those sets that includes five or six, and the rest I think -Oh, I'll never use those!- That polka-dot ribbon is one I thought I would never use, but it worked perfectly on this card.

Both are wonderful! But I think I like this one a little better.

Your card is lovely! There is something sweet about birds, and your cb panel highlights them so well! TFS
