I made this card for the IC challenge from Saturday.
I chose this photo from the Hotel Fox as my inspiration:Forums at Splitcoaststampers
I was inspired by the colors, and I tried to use them all in my card.
I also made this card for the LSC challenge, something old (my Touch of Nature stamp set, which I bought first when it was introduced, and the Buckaroo Blue ink and cardstock), something new (my wide olive ribbon), something borrowed (I used the cb embossing folder 'Swiss Dots' on my flowers, although it didn't show in the picture... an idea that I picked up from SCS darling Anne Ryan's absolutely GORGEOUS flower: IC142 WSC54 It's Black and White, Baby !! by Anne Ryan at Splitcoaststampers, and something blue, my gorgeous bling rhinestones from my SCS friend Peggy, aka MarilynPreston!
For some reason, the ink smear around the bird is only visible in the photo. IRL, I can't see it. Honestly!!
Thanks for looking!

Darla all you card for today are simply gorgeous but I have to admit this is my favorite. The flowers are so beautifully done, I really like the stamped and scored bg, the gorgeous bird image and your coloring are terrific.

Oh Darla, this is so beautifully crafted! Oh my, girl, you done good with your score pal. what a great grid bg! I love your bird and love how you cornerned your card with those trees. This is one exceptional card. So glad your computer was playing with you yesterdya, otherwise, I wouldnt havent seen this one! It's so special, just like you, sweet girl. How special of you to link my card in your narrative. Thank you so much for doing that. Plus, I see Peggy's huge bling works wonderfully well with those flowers.
