I got Crystal Effects in my last order determined to learn how to use it. OMG! What have I been so scared about? I love this stuff! What a great added detail!
P.S. This was also my first attempt at "masking". Thanks to the latest issue of Paper Crafts Magazine "Cards, Gifts, & More", I finally got an easy recipe on how to mask! (p.51). Thanks Arin Burdo!
