Wow, are non-cutesy dog stamps ever hard to find in the stores right now! I ended up using this little guy by A Muse stamps, he's wearing a sweater. He is fitting for "Hershey" who was my BIL & SIL's Chihuahua, he was always shivering cold so much of the time and in a sweater. Anyway, I stamped the image in StazOn on the front of a vellum copper tag; colored the back with copics, adding my own grass with markers. After the dog was colored with copics on the back of the vellum, I "colored" (also on the back side, over the copics) the dog with white-out (so the clouds behind him will not show through after final assembly). The clouds were created on a piece of Vanilla CS using a punched scalloped circle as a mask and sponging Bordering Blue onto it; that was adhered to the back of the tag. The only other detail I think that isn't self explanatory is the paw-prints, from "paw tracks" wheel: I used a Versa Mark pen to ink up 2 paw prints on the wheel then stamped them on the CS.

I just made a Dog Sympathy card tonight. Hard to do. Your card is special and will be much appreciated, too. I like the flannel back ground stamp used here. Especially like the little paw prints to the right.
