FRIDAY 11PM EST-JAN08VSNF ~ Nail polish, mud MASK and Lotion ~ Chat Thread
Title: Nail polish, mud MASK and Lotion
Hostess: Krista (austamper)
Keyword: JAN08VSNF
Day/Date: Friday, January 18th
Time: 11:00 PM EST
I don't know about anyone else, but I like to take a little time prepping for a girls night out. Since I am single, my girls night out usually consists of checking out the eye candy and hoping for a response. But to get those responses, it requires some girly-girl preparation....you know, shaving, conditioning the hair, nail polish, lotion and a good old-fashioned facial mud MASK!
Your challenge is to create a card using the masking technique. You can make any kind of card you like, as long as the masking technique is included.
*** ALL VSN CREATIONS MUST BE UPLOADED BY 11:00 PM EST ON SUNDAY, JANUARY 20th ***
Uploading Instructions:
*You have 45 minutes to complete this challenge.
*Please remember to put in the correct keyword when uploading your image. If you are using additional keywords, you must separate them with a comma. Copying and pasting the challenge keyword is recommended to avoid typos.
*It is also highly recommended that you post a link to your creation in the chat thread, in case the gallery is being testy.
Ok. In all seriousness, my dh just put a big pot of leftover chili on the stove for himself (he'll probably eat one bowl of it and then put the rest back out on the porch, so why not just heat up ONE bowl of it???). He told me it was on and then got in the shower. Well...I thought he put it on low, but NNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOO...he put it on medium-high. I started to smell something funny and decided I *stop* cleaning up my stamps from the 10 o'clock challenge to go stir *his* chili. Well...it's scalded to the pan. And he got frustrated with me because he *told* me it was on (and like *I'm* paying attention to *his* stuff). So...not sure if it's any good any more. Luckily, it's just leftovers from my aunt's work so it's nothing we spent money on.
OK....now that I've gotten that vent out of my system, I can finish putting away my letter stamps from the last challenge and get started on this one.

You gals are all so fun thinking up such clever challenges, and tying them in to "girl's night". Can't wait to get this one finished! Thanks for hosting!
Ok...wow!!! This card is going to take me a bit of time to imagine *plus* the 45 minutes to make it (probably an hour plus with the way *my* night is going), so I think I am going to call it quits for tonight, but I'll *definately* do this one tomorrow some time. G'night, ladies. Try to not have too much fun without me. ;)
