Smile Scalloped Circle & Oval Giga Punches!

Available at Joann.com today, and on sale! I was checking on a wrong cuttlebug embossing folder they shipped and discovered they had the scalloped circle, oval, and square punch, on sale, with a $10 off coupon for a $50 order. It helped, because I had to spend $100+ on punches!

Thanks... just ordered several of them! My husband wishes people would not tell about great deals here. It has cost us some money over the last year! You all are such enablers!!!!!!

I am so frustrated with Joann.com. They have a banner ad here on SCS but the coupon code isn't valid!!! It's happened several times over the last few months and I've never successfully used Joann.com because of it. :mad:

Joann's has a bad habit of not keeping the website updated on out of stock items. It will still let your order go through, too. I ordered a giga scallop circle punch from them 2 weeks ago, and never received anything. I called and the not-so-helpful customer service rep informed me that the punch was out of stock and they had cancelled my order. Without informing me. She said they wouldn't be back in stock for 2-3 weeks. There's a whole thread in tools and product talk about Joann's. However, I hope you get your stuff, but if you don't get it within a week, give them a call. Oh, and be prepared to be on hold a really long time.

This has happened to me too many times. I was on hold 50 min.s today!YUP I know I could have been doing something else...finally when they answered they said the order had been cancelled the day after I placed it! They didn't let me know and another 2-3wks blah blah blah pretty rude customer service rep. too. So I am going to look somewhere else, this is the 3rd time they haven't had the punches in stock. Good luck on getting yours.

Same thing just happened to my friend. She was so mad tonight when we were talking about it. She has emailed them a dozen times and they havent even emailed her back to tell her the order is cancelled but it must be since they havent charged her card and it was over 2 weeks ago that she ordered the scallop punches...:( I used to be a joann.com fan but I dont know anymore!

Same thing happened to me a couple weeks ago. Relly ticked me off!

I placed an order 2wks ago today when someone posted they were back at Joann's and still nothing. I have emailed them and no response either- so head the warning that they are not in stock at this time. They are toying with us and I for one am not happy about it.

Default Problems with Joann.com

I don't know if this link will work, but I thought I'd try.

There may be other threads concerning the problems people have been having with Joann.com, but I thought this might be of interest. (The above link is simply FYI-- I've been happy with how my problems were resolved)

I just placed an order today for some of the scalloped punches. I'm trying to finish my collection. Now I'm just hoping the Giga scalloped circle will still be in stock when I'm officially part of the "Free Shipping Club."

I don't even want to think about what July will be like when the new shapes and sizes come out!

Good luck to everyone getting the punches they ordered! :-D

Checked today and was so happy to see Joann's had the scallop punches and they were on sale. I've been looking for about 2 weeks.
