Default GinaK - PL- Pure Luxury cs ivory heavy base weight

I read where her Pure Luxury card stock white heavy base weight 120lb is the exact same as SUs Whisper White. I want to hers for a base and use SUs for layers.

Before I order, is her Ivory the same as SU! Very Vanilla...so I can use SUs for layers.

And I suppose the envies match the CS?

TIA

Here is a link to a color comparison of Gina K's paper to SU. Hope that it helps.

Did you know she also offers layering weights in both those colors that are a match to her base weights?

As far as your question, her PL White matches SU!'s white. The PL ivory comparison to SU!'s vanilla, SU! seems a bit darker.

Thanks! I have so much SU WW and VV but hate it for bases.

I just got my first order of GK paper yesterday and I love it! I checked my few remaining scraps of SU vanilla against the GK ivory and, like Valerie said it SU is a tad darker. But that tad is really tiny. If you layered the SU on the GK with a mat, it would be very difficult to tell. I think the hue (the color) is pretty much the same.

BTW, SU doesn't match PTI at all. PTI has less yellow in it...it's more ecru colored.
