My first video tutorial on making a round medallion frame using a corner punch! Can you say stepping outside comfort zone? Thought I would at least share it since it is so quick and easy.
I love the video, it is so easy to follow. I don't have any nesties yet but I will try it with my colluzle. I also sent an email of your site to my SU demo as she is a really big punch fan and I know that she will enjoy doing this as well. Thanks for giving new ideas for using the corner punch.
Becca, I love your video, it is so easy to understand. Your are a "born natural" video creator... job well done. Thank you so much for sharing your magnificent talent with the rest of us!!!
Great video! I hope you plan on doing more tutorials. Your cards are absolutely beautiful. I was looking at the borders you made thinking to myself I need to go buy a lot more punches! I absolutely loved them. Thanks for stepping outside of your comfort zone for us!
Brilliant! Not only did you create something unique and gorgeous, but your method of transferring the template to the embossed circle was sheer genius! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
I posted earlier that I really love the way the medallion looks but that I don't have any nesties right now, so being the crafter that I am I went to my craft desk and took out my coluzzle to see if that works, and it does. I tried the largest circle and that was just a little to big so I tried the next size down and that works, I had to cut in between each punch, but it isn't that much of a cut and it looks great, still did everything else that the OP did just using the coluzzle instead. I want to thank the OP again for such a wonderful idea and giving us a different way to us our corner punches.
jackie1.......What size Coluzzle circle (inches) did you end up cutting to do this technique? I wish the author of the video had included that information.

Hi Patti
The circle size that I used is 4" (or just a hair under 4").
jackie1.......Thank You for your response to my question on circle size. I have since figured out that you can do the same technique with various sizes of circles. It all depends on the size of the corner design you are using which would determine how many "pie sections" you divide the circle into.
Rather cool technique! I've tried it with several different corner punches.....some come out neat looking, some look a bit strange.
I just watched your video and you did a great job explaining what to do. I am going to have to try this technique sometime soon. It was a good week to see this tutorial because Michaels' has all of their punches on sale for 40% off this week
amazing !!! i will defintely try this when i finally move and am able to unpack my less used corner punches...right now it is killing me since i know i have the punches somewhere.....house wont be done for a few months so this will be frustrating. almost tempted to buy the heart corner just to try it, i am resisting that temptation
Ladies......Realize that you can do this technique with any corner punch (taking off the bracket). It will work with any of them. I've tried it with several different ones. Just depends on the look you prefer. Also works with just about any size circle depending on the design of the corner punch you're using.
Becca, can you help me out - I tried to get your video to open but I couldn't..........could you re-send me the link possibly?? Your cards are absolutely AMAZING!
What a great technique. I did 4 of them already. I only had the corner punch and none of the other supplies. So mine look pretty different than yours but I am happy with them. And now I am looking at all my corner punches with new eyes. Not all of them have bottoms that come off but some do. And I am going to try the border thing too.
I tried your tutorial using the largest Quickutz scalloped circle die and the heart corner punch. It worked perfectly! Thanks so much for creating the video instructions.
You have given us new eyes to see ordinary things! Thank you so much, I can't wait to go home and "audition" my punch rack. Amazing should be "Stupendous!"
Love the card, and the concept. Tried to view the video a few minutes ago, and part-way through, the words stating "the video is no longer available" popped up. Are there any You-tube viewers who can help me access the video? TIA.

Bonnie,
Try it again, it must have been some kind of a glitch. I just viewed it again and it ran fine.
