Is there a coupon code for the 40% off? I can't find any reference to it on the site.
I had emailed them about that and the reply was to go ahead and place the order the 40% will come off when processing. I haven't placed an order yet to know for sure how it works.

I just got off the phone with another business. They are taking orders and offering their Luminarte products at 50% off. You get free shipping if your discounted order total if $80 or more....BUT....you have to ask for that. Here is their site. http://www.morethanmemoriesonline.com/index.cfm
They said that you should call you order in. You can get any of the Luminarte products (some size restrictions) that Luminarte lists on their website even though More than Memories doesn't list them on their site or list them as out of stock. They are placing their order on Friday so call them quick!

I guess that's why I never got an answer when I emailed recently about having had the wrong colours in some sets that I got.
Better order me some single 10ml pots in my favourite colours.

How do the Twinkling H20's compare with the new Shimmerz? I have a few colors of Shimmerz, but no H20's.

I just tried to place an order, went all the way to the end. Big order I love twinkling H2O's, and no 40% discount.:mad:
The email I got from Courtney at LuminArte when I emailed her last night looking for a coupon code said:
Go ahead and place your order...we will take the 40% off when processing...
So I have placed an order, the discount has not been reflected - yet - I really hope I can trust her email and eventually the discount will come through. I'll let you know what happens.

I just placed an order and the 40% didn't get taken off on the order page. They say they will do it manually if the cart does not do it. I just recieved an e-mail confirmation of my order and nothing has yet been taken off. I am assuming they have not gotten to work yet since the company address shows California.
I ordered all 7 of the 24 Twinlikng H2O packs. With 40% off it comes to $1 a pot. I already had about 60 colors, but didn't feel like going through and figuring out what to not get so I'll have a few extras! I wanted to place my order before they got sold out. I love the twinkling H2Os. What is everyone else getting?
I ordered some more of the iridescent colours, as I use them a lot. And one set, and a good few single pots that I knew I would be ordering soon anyway. But that was Sunday or Monday, and I certainly haven't got a confirmation email yet :confused: . Nor a reply to the email I sent customer services just last week...
The mini pots are a lifetime supply for me. Very little goes a long way since you get a solid piece of watercolors. I can't help with most used colors other than the metallics kit and the irridescent kits are very useful.
I had sent Leslie (the owner) an e-mail wishing her the best and here was her reply

As far as the kits, how long will the mini ones last? Also, what kit do you think has the best "use alot" colors?

I think it really depends on your preference, because there are some very pastel colours which I have never even bought, but other people love.
The skin tone sets are a good all rounder.
It so hard to tell the colors when you can't click on the link. I was looking at the 24 set. I want it to include the primary colors, some jewel tones, some pastels and maybe a couple metallic. Can anyone help me out, if you have them?
I looked at the 24 piece sets too, but couldn't decide which set. Finally decided to pick up four different 6pc sets instead--That way I picked the colors I wanted most. The difference was only a couple dollars more and I think I'll get more use of the colors I picked.

I Just got off the LuminArte website and I didn't see a thing about them going out of business or having any kind of sale. Am I miss something here? Am looking at the right website?
i placed an order this am..no discount but i got confirmation on my order with the total still as is no discount as of yet i did email the lady back(Courtney) asking about it i will keep you posted:p
So, I emailed yesterday after seeing that people here had got confirmation emails.
And I still have no confirmation email OR a reply to the one I sent yesterday...
And I wish I knew was I getting the colours I hope for, or anything at all.
Checked my junk folders, too. Just no replies. I know they must be busy with the sale, just wish I'd hear. I was using the sales@luminarte address, so have you all been using the direct one for Courtney?
I received a confirmation, but the discount wasn't taken off, so I e-mailed them back and have not received a response yet (I placed the order yesterday).
When you sign on to LuminArte's website, scroll down to the bottom, and you will see their phone number. I called them yesterday asking about the shipping charges and 40% discount. The shipping charges vary, and can be anywhere from $5 to $10. The 40% discount will be taken off when they have the order in hand, and enter it manually in their system.
