make sure the handle is not set in reverse... If it's in reverse it will NOT engage. Just move that little thingy on the handle in the opposite direction and then try it again.

Stopped in at my local Michaels during my lunch break today and all the Martha Stewart Halloween punches etc. were 70% off. I lucked out and got the drippy goo punch for $3.00 and some change!!!

I'm not sure how many it will hold, but I think mine has like 10 bags on each side and you can get more than one stamp set in each bag. I know you can buy additional bags for them.
