Toner from Laser printer or copiers will not damage your nibs. The alcohol (ethanol) solution from your copics doesn't disolve the baked-in toner, so it is safe to use without worries.

Your best bet will be to do a test project...

No it wont. This is a 12V DC compressor, it only works plugged into your car's cigarette lighter jack. There is no way to regulate the psi of these things, and you can't adapt the Copic ABS to it.

There are no such thing. Copic and Sharpie are two different companies. Maybe she meant Copic Sketch, as those are one of the styles that Copic markers do manufacture.

Yes, they have arrived to the US, and I just bought my set. The US distributor Got them just last week, and they brought them to Anime Expo, Los Angeles... And guess where I am working right now.......
