This week's Inspiration Challenge website is Blue Carrot Shop (which for Halloween's sake this month is temporarily named "Boo" Carrot Shop )! The curator of the web store is Alexandra, who is a Graphic Designer by trade and a treasure hunter by preference. She finds things. Neat things, old things, used things, unique things, things that have been cast aside and things that are well-loved. Blue Carrot Shop was started as a home for these wayward items. If you appreciate retro-style treasures, you'll love this place!
Enjoy browsing the website (be sure to check the section of "sold" items too!), and if you get too overwhelmed by all the choices, attached below are a few samples that you can focus on for your inspiration!
Use keyword IC308 (no spaces or extra characters) and be sure you have commas between your key words.
How to Play ~ View the attached sample images and/or browse the suggested website. Get your inspiration from the the individual items, patterns, theme or color pallets. Just enjoy wherever your inspired and creative journey takes you! Make the inspiration piece your own! Don't worry ~ no card is 'wrong'! There is no time limit on this challenge and there are no rules. Explore and enjoy ~ be *inspired* to create, have fun, and share your artwork!!
Don't forget about No Upload Sunday - Let's give the gallery moderators a day off and not upload on Sunday (unless, of course, you are a Fan Club member - yet another reason to spend a little money on your favorite site).
Finally, remember to link to your SCS gallery on this thread.
Thank you for joining me on this inspiration journey.
Retro wonderfulness! I guess I'm getting old because I remember a lot of these things from my childhood! Can't wait to play tomorrow....lots to be inspired from.

This REALLY was a walk down memory lane. I recognize some pyrex among other things! I have a few items picked out and ideas forming but can't play until much later today.

What a trip through memory lane! I saw many items I've either owned or seen in my mother's and/or grandmother's houses. I actually still have several of the salt and pepper shakers in my collection!
Such a fun site to browse, Anne! If that's retro and vintage then I guess I must be too. I know we had those mugs when I was young! Thanks for the inspiration...here's my Pink Cardinal.
