There is a "Meetup" in Franklin. It's the Mid-TN Scrapbooking Club. They get together every month. It is mostly scrappbookers, but all crafters are welcome.

Are you a member of TennesseeStampers Yahoo Group? There's a weekend retreat on Sept. 12-14, 2014, at Camp Garner Creek in Dickson. There was a separate option/price if you just wanted to attend for a day, but I'm not sure what that was. You could ask the group's mod Boo Martin.
