Who is from Texas?

Cool! my "sister" got married in 2005 in the park in Cedar Park - lovely place; beautiful oak trees and a pretty pond! We love Austin; have several relatives and friends there....try to visit at least once a year. Nice to meet you!

that would be fun! I met another great lady from Austin on SCS - she and I discussed the same thing LOL! Maybe next time we come up, I can plan some scrap-time....where are the scrapbook stores on the north side of town? The only one near my friend is on Capital of Texas Highway near Hwy 71 - that's probably too far for you....maybe there's somewhere inbetween?

I'm grateful that I can put things on hold there. It definitely helps me stretch my scrapping allowance.

They will order things for anyone.

I am a Native Texan. I was born in Beaumont but spent about half of my childhood in Louisiana at various different times. At one point I figured out that by the time I married at 19, I had spent 9 yrs in Texas and 10 years in Louisiana or was it 10 years in Texas and 9 years in Louisiana, I forget. I guess I need to figure it out again. Oh, who cares which one it is. I have been back in Texas since 1967 and don't plan on leaving it for any long periods of time anytime soon.
