Splitcoaststampers.com - the world's #1 papercrafting community
You're currently viewing Splitcoaststampers as a GUEST. We pride ourselves on being great hosts, but guests have limited access to some of our incredible artwork, our lively forums and other super cool features of the site! You can join our incredible papercrafting community at NO COST. So what are you waiting for?
We'll be your friends Leah. Then you can use that paper to scrap the fun girly time we had at the mini mingle. And then you can send us thank you cards for providing so much fun and entertainment at the mini mingle.
That is a good idea though. I'll have to see if I can dig anything up.
Which raises the issue of a BST table. . .I had forgotten I was going to do that until just now!
You are allowed to bring things to Sell or Trade at the mini mingle!
Please observe the rules on the BST forum, and follow them at our gathering. Also, please don't load the back of your truck with stuff! Bring a box, and if we run out of table room we can just line up the boxes and it will be like a treasure hunt!
If things are free-please plan on them being clearly marked so. Assume that it is a BST item until you confirm with the owner of the item.
We will be working on the honor system of course Yay for a trading table!

I am putting together some more cards for swapping. And I have to finish my name tag. It's still half done.
I spent this morning cleaning up my scrapping area so I could find stuff!!!!
I got my unorganized card swap, nametag & altered item all done today! I even started packing my stamping stuff! I work all week, so I thought I'd bet ahead of the game. That way I won't forget anything, hopefully!!
I have my swaps together, need to get a snack and I want to do a door prize. Then I need to gather together what I want to work on. Little unorganized just got back Friday night from a week long trip to PA, went to an all day crop for breast cancer, so my stuff is everywhere but where it is suppose to be!
Instead of pumpkin muffins, I'm making mini pumpkin cupcakes with cream cheese frosting.
Instead of a plain Halloween trail mix, I'm making Graveyard Crunch (most of the same ingredients)
And DH bought Halloween candy a little too soon... we'll eat it. So it's coming with me on Sat.
So I have Patty, Joni, and me taken care of for food. (DS and I are shopping for the last few items today after his haircut he is begging for.) I still have to get tape, pack my craft bag, and make my name tag. :p It's been an unusual week that wasn't planned. DS is home under treatment for a new medical condition. So, I'm homeschooling. The housework is suffering, so no one is allowed to come over this week. Oh... and I'm helping my friend campaign. I've gotten some done, but she understands my predicament right now. And why did I think now was a good time to list 20 items on eBay  I'm busy... but I'm making lots of craft $$$$

I was going to make a Chex Mix, too. Mine is chocolatey. Should I make something else?
I still have swaps & my name tag to make! I bought the stuff for my name tag in July, and everything is still in the bag! Hmmm...I guess I better get moving!

Yes, I remember Debra's AMAZING creation ... it just scared me to death trying to come up with something just half as good as that. Mine's going to be plain ... I just can't think of anything creative!!! LOL.
Finished my 3-D swaps though which are quite small but I like them! Now to the wow card and door prize .... hmmmmm
I keep going back and forth on my 3D item. I guess we shall see which one I have time for. Made my door prize at stamp camp last night. Cards and name tag were wrapped up last weekend. I guess I am not doing too bad.
Name tag - X
3-D swaps - X
Door Prize - X
I'm not doing any other swaps, so I don't have to worry about that!
Boo Boo did my food - Thank you Boo
Anything else I need to do?
Did we decide about lunch/dinner? Where and an average cost?
Oh I need to bring my Starving Artist Witch Trio for Joni and BadMom to play with and Joni wants my Pumpkin Dip recipe (which I would bring to share, but lordy that would be a mess after a 2 1/2 hour drive!)
So far I have to work on everything, I'm the ultimate procrastinator what can I say! I am very excited about going and meeting everyone on Saturday and can't wait to have fun!
The draft house isn't expensive. . . I am not able to pin down a time, as I am not sure about when I will have the baby and when I won't. . .my mom is going to take her most of the day, but wants to take Regan to a movie and is going to fill me in on the "when" later.
I know I need to eat *something* but there appears to be some seriously yummy things for the snack table! (miss boo!)

How exciting! I can't wait to meet you all. 2 more days I have my 3-D swaps all done, partial door prize and no nametag yet:( Hope I have time before Saturday morning.
Are any of the eating places close enough by to walk to? My DH is dropping me off and going walking and then coming back later, so I will have no transportation during the day, but besides my snack to share I wasn't planning on bringing any extra food.

We usually travel in packs. Not everyone drives.
