Mine works for Kodak and is always bringing things home that the thinks are "stampable." My latest gifts were cardboard slide mounts and 4 x 10 panoramic frames.

My DH lets me buy stamps without any hassle at all... no explanation required. He occasionally brings home stamping or scrapbooking magazines when he's been to Borders. He encourages me to go stamping and scrapping with friends. He watches my son (his step-son) with no complaints... ever! He keeps things from junk mail that looks usuable :p He stamped an anniversary card for me last year. He gives me the weekly coupons before I have the chance to look for them. On our honeymoon a couple of years ago, he planned our drive back to include a stop at a HUGE scrapbook store. I'm probably forgetting things. :-D
Mine is generally supportive of my addiction. And he watches the kids while I am pulling extra shifts this weekend at work so I can get more stamps! Whenever I am on SCS he says, "How are your friends doing?"

He doesn't questions my purchases and always looks attentive when I show him something. I think he learned to quit asking "Who is that for?" when I showed him something. Oh..and he often gets me gift certificates to give me for different occasions.
Mine is like XcessStamps' husband above - I can buy anything, no third degree. He has always been expensive - - his newest hobby is hang gliding. - Gay Howe
Well, he pretends he's not interested, but he is! *LoL*
The funniest thing he does is when I finish a card and take it out to show him, he looks at the front for about 3 seconds and then OPENS the card to see what's inside (I've never made a card with anything inside). One of these days I might have to surprise him.
The most supportive thing he's done is create me a database for all of my stamps. It has several fields for name/year/cost/etc., and it also has a photo of the set, so I can see which stamps are in which sets. The database has a section for stamps and one section for "creations" where I can upload scans or pictures of the cards or SB pages I've made.
Oh, and he also let me use the third bedroom in our house as my very own stamp/scrapbook/craft/unorganized-mess room. He even helped me paint it...light pink on the top, light violet in the middle, and periwinkle on the bottom.

Yah, he rocks.
Wow! That's quite a database!
I have the third bedroom too! Mine is a nautical theme.
I just read all these posts to my DH and he said they were very helpful in helping him to be a better stampers hubby. His thanks to all your hubbies. LOL...

Gosh, you are spoiled, Scoopy! My DH wouldn't spot a stamp store if it jumped out on him! I do suppose, though, that he does help by having a basket of my cards to sell in his office and sometimes takes orders for cards from co-workers.

My hubby is the best. He also lets me buy whatever I "need"...lol, no questions asked. Like most of the other hubby's mentioned he too has his expensive hobby. He makes me cards for special occassions and he does such a good job too. He gets coupons from flyers for me too and also brings the flyer so I can see what is on sale. When we go out of town he never complains when I want to go to a scrapbook store...he takes me and waits patiently while I browse. He really is the best...
My hubby does that too! He always opens the card and looks to see whats inside. I always say why do you do that?
He is very supportive of my hobby. He told me one time that my stamping is cheaper than therapy ;). You need something to help you get through the long winters here in Alaska!
My DH is just now picking up a hobby (golf). Because of his work schedule, he has no time for hobbies....but, financially he's been very supportive. And, we went to FL (planned the trip around a convention), we went to CO (stopped at a casino and I won $250), so he then took me to stamp stores so I could spend the money, he has gone to 3 stamp conventions and been the 'pack mule' for my purchases. He's not really into 'what' I do, but he doesn't care that I do it.
I have to say I am with envy. My DH is pretty supportive, but has never gone into a stamping store on my behalf, brought home any magazines, or offered up "goodies" from work.
However, he does take my cards to the ladies at his work, and did buy me the Digital Rebel, and always is proud of me when I win a contest or get published.
Of course, I don't jump up and down for his adventures in golfing, so all is fair, huh?
My DH supports my stamping 100% I spend every penny of it too! LOL
He thinks it is good for me as it quiets me down! So he thinks!
When I get really hyper or down, he says, it's time to stamp with Sue (my best friend and stamp instuctor).
He really does take the time to look at the things I make and does comment on them. He encourages me to make things and give them to others. He loves to take them to work and give them to the ladies that work there. The guys, like some of it.

Another DH here that doesn't complain about the $$$ spent on stamping/scrapbooking. Encourages my talent, looks at everything I make, gives advice (when I ask!!), takes DD out places so "Mommy can concentrate", is just awesome about everything involving stamping!
My DH never makes remarks about how much I spend on stamps, classes, etc., either. He's fine with my stamping hobby. Although he never researches stamping stores when we are going on vacation, he doesn't mind if I do, helps me locate them and waits patiently while I shop. What a gem!
