There is somewhere on this site a recipe for it, it has glycerin and other ingredients. You'd have to do a search, though. My thoughts are that they are so inexpensive and it's so nice to open a new one to use, plus the tips get icky by the time it's time to contemplate refilling them. I would just order new ones, don't you think?
I feel the same way about refilling the ink pads. . . after you use them long enough, they get frayed and yucky; why would you want to refill them ? The refills ARE nice for other things though.

pens
I also heard that Ben Franklins sells a liquid called Dove for about $4.99 to refill your blender pens. I haven't tried it yet but they said it works just fine. Also, I heard when you remove your tip to fill it with more liqud soak your tip in the liquid too before putting it back on. HTH...
The Dove blender refill is the same stuff that is in the Dove brand blender pen. They also have replacement tips for the Dove blender pen. I haven't seen replacement tips for the other brands of pens.
