This weeks Featured Stamper 483 is Carla aka Covingtoncrafter. Congrats Carla! You can check out her wonderful gallery HERE. Lots of creations from detailed to simple and sweet to choose from.
I choose this Very Pink card to case. Here is my Thank you version.
NOTE: Today is my last week as a host. I sent Lydia a note to say I needed to step down from hosting. Life is busier than ever and going by to fast with the twins. The need to stop and enjoy it is calling me more than anything right now. I enjoy playing along honoring creative stampers and will continue as time permits. I really appreciate Lydia asking me to host back in 2012 and have enjoyed it, especially with the BEST hostess girls to ever work with! You girls are awesome!!! Thanks so much.
Go to the Featured Stamper's gallery and CASE a card, following these simple CASEing Guidelines:
1. Change 2 or more things on the Featured Stamper's project. It could be a color combo, embellishments, backgrounds, or even the main image could be different -- but similar because you don't own the exact image. Please list the changes you made in your description.
2. Give credit to the original stamper and put a link to the original card in your description.
3. Fan Club members may upload today (Sunday). Non-Fan Club members are encouraged to play, but please wait until Monday to upload your creations to give our volunteer moderators a day off. This is so much appreciated.
4. Please note the following regarding Sketch Challenge cards: If you are keeping the same layout but changing most everything else on the featured stamper's card, make sure it isn't a sketch challenge card (SC###). The reason is because it is essentially is a CASE of the sketch since it isn't the Featured Stamper's original idea. Please be sure to check the keywords!
If you are new to the challenges, please feel free to do this one or ANY of the challenges at any time. There is no time limit. They are not races to see who can do one first, nor are they contests of any sort. All the challenges are simply to provide inspiration and to get us stamping! But please remember...NEW uploads only!
UPLOADING DIRECTIONS:
1. Keyword: FS483
2. In the Details Section of your card, please describe the changes you have made, give credit to the Featured Stamper, and link her card. Fill in the products that you used in the blanks provided so that others can CASE your card too! Please do not only link back to your personal blog.
If you are new to challenges, please feel free to this one or ANY of the challenges at any time. There is no time limit. They are not races to see who can do one first, nor are they contests of any sort. All the challenges are simply to provide inspiration and to get you stamping!

Congrats, Carla!! I thoroughly enjoyed cruising through your gallery this morning! It is an honor to help you celebrate your special week!! Here is my tribute:
Stacy, you will be missed, but I understand how you have to put a few things aside to enjoy those moments that will be unable to capture again. Those little things about life are pretty important. Happy Mother's Day. Congratulations, Carla, and I will work on a card when I am back home in my stamproom tomorrow.

Well, this is a happy surprise and a lovely way to start my morning! Can't wait to see everyone's cards.
Thank you Stacy for all the time you've spent on this thread. It is amazing how fast children grow up. Enjoy your family and the blessing of being a full time home maker!
Carla- loved your gallery. CASE'd your card Thanks a Latte', switched to a tea motif, and moved the craft panel to the front. Here's You're Tea-rrific- dedicated to all the Moms!

I'm so sorry to see you stepping down as hostess, Stacy; but I certainly understand your wanting to be able to spend more time with those growing boys. I will continue to look for your cards in the gallery.
You picked a winner for this week's challenge. I saw many lovely cards in Carla's gallery. I started my card before going to church and finished it when I got home. Here it is:
You have an unique gallery -- I chose this one for inspiration (because of the coffee):

Enjoy the time with them - and Happy Mother's Day, sweet friend! You are an amazing mom!!! xoxo
Congratulations, Carla. I may not have the opportunity to play today so I wanted to acknowledge your wonderful work.
All the best, Stacy! Thanks for all you've done!
Congrats to Carla! I always love seeing your avatar both when viewing one of your sweet creations or attached to a comment on one of my cards! I am eager to get cracking on a card for you!
Stacy, you are so sweet and will be dearly missed but growing up twins are not to be missed!!
