FS483 (5-8-2016) Mother's Day thank you...
Happy Mother's day! Hopefully you can enjoy the day with family and friends. :grin: This weeks Featured Stamper 483 is Carla aka Covingtoncrafter. Congrats Carla! You can check out her wonderful gallery HERE. Lots of creations from detailed to simple and sweet to choose from. I choose this Very Pink card to case. Here is my Thank you version. NOTE: Today is my last week as a host. I sent Lydia a note to say I needed to step down from hosting. Life is busier than ever and going by to fast with the twins. The need to stop and enjoy it is calling me more than anything right now. I enjoy playing along honoring creative stampers and will continue as time permits. I really appreciate Lydia asking me to host back in 2012 and have enjoyed it, especially with the BEST hostess girls to ever work with! You girls are awesome!!! Thanks so much. FS483 Creations Gallery HOW DO I PLAY?: Go to the Featured Stamper's gallery and CASE a card, following these simple CASEing Guidelines: 1. Change 2 or more things on the Featured Stamper's project. It could be a color combo, embellishments, backgrounds, or even the main image could be different -- but similar because you don't own the exact image. Please list the changes you made in your description. 2. Give credit to the original stamper and put a link to the original card in your description. 3. Fan Club members may upload today (Sunday). Non-Fan Club members are encouraged to play, but please wait until Monday to upload your creations to give our volunteer moderators a day off. This is so much appreciated. 4. Please note the following regarding Sketch Challenge cards: If you are keeping the same layout but changing most everything else on the featured stamper's card, make sure it isn't a sketch challenge card (SC###). The reason is because it is essentially is a CASE of the sketch since it isn't the Featured Stamper's original idea. Please be sure to check the keywords! If you are new to the challenges, please feel free to do this one or ANY of the challenges at any time. There is no time limit. Stacy, you will be missed, but I understand how you have to put a few things aside to enjoy those moments that will be unable to capture again. Those little things about life are pretty important. I'm so sorry to see you stepping down as hostess, Stacy; but I certainly understand your wanting to be able to spend more time with those growing boys. I will continue to look for your cards in the gallery.
