Karen, 10 F degrees is around -9 C. degrees.....that's a lot colder than the 1 C degree you have. It's around -3 C. here now, with a nice warm sun that is melting away some of the 4 1/2 inches of snow we got overnight. It rained all day yesterday and even though I knew it was gong to get colder overnight, I was still surprised to see so much snow this morning. Hopefully, it will make for good skiing on Tuesday!

Oh I would so rather snow over rain and floods! Sorry Carol!
Spring can't come soon enough!
I never realized Montana was colder than Minnesota.. Canada yes, I am originally from Baudette. I could see Canada land right out my back door. (across the rainy River) It got cold!!!

It does get cold here. It can get pretty hot in the summer. We don't get the humidity like you do unless it's rained for a few days and the temps hit the 90's. I used to laugh when people would say we have a drier humidity until I lived in Nebraska for 10 years and moved back to Montana. There really is a difference in the types of humidity. We might complain about the freezing cold, but there are so few places in the continental United States where you can spend an entire day in the country and not see another soul. Since we are so close to the Canadian border, we have to be careful when hunting north of us. There is no fence line and unless you are searching for the border markers, it's real easy to find yourself on the wrong side of the border. Nowadays, you really don't want that happening.
Well almost Afternoon! I am am having my Breakfast/Lunch... I've been on the computer all morning!
I downloaded a Family History Chart and I've been playing with that. Turned out very nice if I do say so myself! LOL

Subbing....last month I got my cards done early. It turned out to be a very good thing because the rest of the month flew by! This month is feeling much the same, so I better get working!!!
Well, it was a bit harder to get into the Christmas mood this month. I can't imagine what July is going to be like! Neverless, here are my five cards for the month.

Hope you have a good birthday, Vikki. This is the weekend for the art show my dh is in. I have lots of squares cut out so I can work on some more quilt cards. I'm hoping to be able to put some cards together on Sunday and have them ready to upload Monday or Tuesday.
Here is the last of my March Cards, I really can't get to grips with the fact that i have over 30 Christmas cards made for 2011 already, thanks for the Kick up the just what i needed.
Last week I met with the lady who is the east coast shipper for Operation Write Home and handed to her a box of 301 cards that I had made.. I have been stamping, but just haven't done my Christmas ones yet.. I will get them done soon.
I need to take a few minutes to cruise the gallery too... you all make such pretty cards.
blessings ~ Pam

Well I have had a horrible week, first our bank account was scammed (cue panic at the ATM!) then on Thursday I had a miscarriage, plus while they were checking it out they found a "mass" on my right ovary... Joy. So, I am keeping as busy as possible until my gynae appointment on Tuesday. Wish me luck!
Anyway I thought I'd check my "Christmas Card Box" and I have actually got 33 cards already! I am not sure how this happened, but I think some of it is because we moved here in November I didn't get around to sending most of the cards over to the UK. Plus I made some with my lovely American SU demo. So I am going to upload and link them in the appropriate months and hopefully I'll be most of the way there!
JCI---it's been a bit crazy, so I haven't had a chance to finish up March yet, let alone keep up with the galleries! Hoping next week is a little quieter...
My computer has been down for a while. This is just killing me. I prefer to use digis and can't get to them. Guess I'll have to go with stamps. Hopefully, I'll get my computer back soon from the shop so I can post. I'm using my husband's now and he doesn't have any of the software I need. Oh well!

I feel your pain! My Internet was down for a couple of days this week until DH could replace the router. It is amazing how much I missed my SCS threads. Now I am trying to catch up on all of the posts.
