Sparkly Holographic Images

Use a fun and easy technique from a past holiday tutorial blitz to create holographic images with any stamp.

Supplies

  • Stamps

  • Heat resistant acetate

  • Thin foil sheets

  • Alcohol markers

  • Double sided adhesive sheets

  • Embossing powder

Step-by-Step

  1. Step 1

    Stamp an image on heat resistant acetate.

  2. Step 2

    Add embossing powder and heat until set.

  3. Step 3

    Color on the back side of the acetate with alcohol markers

  4. Step 4

    Crumple up a thin foil sheet and smooth it out with a scraper.

  5. Step 5

    Apply a sheet of double sided adhesive to the smoothed foil.

  6. Step 6

    Remove the liner paper and adhere the acetate image to the foil.

  7. Step 7

    Cut the image out along the stamped outline.

  8. The finished image will have a layered, holographic look.

  9. Step 8

    Finish the card
