Guest tutorial writer and DD Alumni Becca Feeken will show you how to create a honeycomb ornament.

Our Artist in Residence answers your questions
Q: Groovy Gal asked: "Is there a secret in placing those scrolled rhinestones strips? These come on clear acetate which makes visualizing easy, but to get them off the sheet and adhered can be a nightmare!"
A: I use mostly smaller swirls and don't have a problem with taking it all off at once. When I do use bigger shapes, I take only part of it of the plastic and stick it on my project. I take the rest of the plastic as I stick it to the project.
    Feedback From Past Tutorials
Nan Cee has a suggestion for the Shaker Card tutorial: "Love making shaker cards! I found an unused dryer sheet is great for wiping off the plastic to keep the shakers from clinging to it. I use purchased shaker pouches but it should work on any plastic."
