Our Artist in Residence answers your questions
Q: Donna asked:"I love the new Framelits from Stampin' Up!® but have a hard time when I use them in my Big Shot® . . it seems to shoot them out the back side. Someone mentioned using one of the magnetic sheets under your paper to hold the Framelit but I can't find where I saw that suggestion now that I have my Framelits :( Thanks for any help you can give me!"
A: The dies should not "shoot out". You might have them too close to the edge of your multipurpose platform.
The sandwich is: Multipurpose platform with all tabs closed, cutting plate, die with cutting edge up, cardstock, cutting plate.
Try to position the die in the center of the platform. You can use a post it or low tack tape to hold it in place if you are cutting out an image.
    Feedback From Past Tutorials
Judy has a suggestion for the Faux Washi Tape: "I just use a strip of cardstock and stamp and then glue or run it through my Xyron® Create-a-Sticker™ and it works great. Also run vellum through create-a-sticker without seeing your double stick tape through the vellum. "
