Q: Julie asked: "I seem to have trouble using my crimper. The pieces always seem to go crooked so they don't crimp in nice straight lines. Any suggestions? Also what is the best way to adhere them. If I use double faced tape on them it flattens the crimping. If I put tape to the card front, it flattens it [the crimped piece] as well although not as much."
A: The trick for getting your crimped lines straight is to squeeze the handle before adding the paper. Now line the paper up straight and push into the crimper until you feel it hitting the wheel. Then start crimping.

For adhesive, I would suggest either liquid adhesive or glue dots. I wouldn't use tape either, since, like you stated, it flattens your crimping. Or if you want to use tape, add the tape to your un-crimped piece of card stock and then press your crimped piece on top of that.

Feedback From Past Tutorials
Deborah has a tip for watercoloring with watercolor pencils and aqua painters: "I appreciate the tips in this tutorial, however, when I watercolour with my watercolour pencils, I take the colour right off the pencil and on to a very small brush - say a 0 or a 1-sized brush. I find this to be a much more controlled method of water colouring for me. Just a thought for your watercolourists! I find that way I can control the flow of water much more easily, and the depth of colour - as well as making it much easier to stay within the lines."
