Ask Beate
Beate Johns answers your technique questions
Q: Genevieve asked: "I find that I am unable to do dry embossing on darker colored cardstock as I can't see the template even when using a light table and turning off all the room lights. Do you have any tips?"
A: "First, rub wax paper across the dark cardstock. It will help your stylus tool run over the cardstock easily. Next, rub your stylus tool over the cardstock until you can feel the indentations where template's raised edges are. Press your stylus down there and follow the raised edges."

Sharon has a hint for the Box in a Bag Technique: "I notched out the cardstock on the corners to make them less bulky, instead of doing the triangular folds inward."
