Beate Johns answers your technique questions
Q: Jewell asked: "Can you tell me anything about Liquid Pearls® and if so where can I get them? I have seen them used on many cards but when I went to A.C. Moore they did not know what I was talking about. They asked about brand names, but I could not tell them anything."
A: Liquid Pearls are a waterproof pearl medium created by Ranger™. It's a glue, dimensional decoration and pearl paint all in one. You can find it in local craft stores as well as online stores. Here is a forum thread listing several places where you can purchase them.
