Newsletter Subscription and Trouble Shooting

Learn how to subscribe to our weekly newsletter and where to find our trouble shooting hints.


  1. Step 1

    Type your email address into the blue box at the top right of the home page.

  2. Step 2

    If your newsletter isn't arriving every Wednesday, check our trouble shooting hints.

    The hints are located in our Newsletter Archive.

    To get there first click on resources on the top right of the screen.

  3. Step 3

    On the Resource page, click on Newsletter.

    It will bring you to our Newsletter Archive.

  4. Step 4

    The trouble shooting hints are located on the right hand side of the Newsletter archive.

    Follow the hints, and if those don't work, you will need to sign up with a different email address.

I have resigned up again for your weekly newsletter. I have signed up a couple of times and get a email saying that I am signed up.  But I have never gotten any emails from you.  What do I need to do?

I have been getting the Weekly Inkling for a long time and suddenly it has stopped. I signed up again last week and still did not get it. I don’t know what else to do.

I am not able to save my favorites any more. I believe I have paid my subscription in full or is there something else I need to do? Please help!

Whenever I click on add to favorites I have to click on the “home” page to start viewing the cards again instead of just hitting the back button. Is there an easier way?

I am having trouble bringing up the picture gallery for the round top box and the box in a bag. In fact I can’t bring up any of the galleries. THe webpage comes up but the enlarged pictures do not appear. Do I have to subscribe to see the pictures?

I am having trouble looking at cards that are posted in the gallery - if I go into the occasions gallery can view the first page if I click on 2nd page or if I look at a card then try to go back to the gallery nothing comes up. Tells me it is waiting for site to come up. Wait up unto 5 minutes and still not gallery. Have had this trouble twice before. This has just been a problem since the new switch over. I miss the gallery.

I am having trouble with my newsletter. I have contacted SC already but I still cannot get anywhere with their suggestion to resubscribe. As soon as I start to put my email in the box it flips over to the Flourishes Page! I was told to use another email address but I don’t want to open another address!!! I was wondering if anyone has had this problem?

I have tried 5 times to upload a card and it does not take despite I get a message that says “your image has been successfully uploaded”.  It also skips the screen that asks for keyword, paper, ink, etc.  HELP!  Please.

The images in the galleries are blurred, and they didn’t used to be. Could you tell me why this is so and how I can fix it?

For some time now I have not been able to see the gallery in the main tutorial, it says it appears that I do not have permission so see them.  Has something changed? Please advise.

I have been receiving the weekly newsletter for several years and it suddenly stopped 3 weeks ago.  I re-signed up last week.  I did not receive this weeks letter.  Please help.
