Every month I take a look at the Fan Club Gallery and the challenges listed there that all Fan Club members are invited to play. I have been wanting to participate, but somehow never make it before the next month arrives and more challenges are issued.
Well, apparently the moons are aligned and I had a few more minutes to play today, as well as an idea after looking through the inspiration pieces. Since I try to take the Inspiration pieced "literally"... this is the card that I came up with based on this piece of art by Lisa Henderling: http://veerle.duoh.com/art/comments/lisa_henderling/ ... It is the one with the shoes hanging on strings.
I have really enjoyed this month's "fashion" theme, altho I consider myself fashion illiterate. I do enjoy looking at different styles and mediums of artwork.
Thanks for a fun challenge!
eta... shoes and sentiment are stamped, everything else is just doodling to imitate the original. Sorry I forgot to mention before, swirls, etc. are not stamps, but I suppose if you had some you could use them, I was just too lazy to dig through my stash to find swirls..
