1. Out of the three images shown, I chose the light switch plates......maybe because the Photographer is an electrician? Who knows!
2. I made this card for my sister-in-law's sister who was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and is currently going through chemo.
3. I am amazed how many families are affected by breast cancer and sadly, I suppose it was just a matter of time before it touched someone in our family.
4. Misty is not a stamper, but my neice just introduced her to it thinking it would keep her mind off things, give her something to do while she is away being treated, give her something fun to look forward to.
5. Michelle bought her a few supplies and a stamp set and Misty stamped for 8 hours straight. She loves it!
6. I have started a RAK request in the Need a Lift forum requesting cards for Misty. Not only will they support her, cheer her up, but they will be wonderful examples for a newbie stamper!

It's a lovely card. Still trying to work out if the three coloured stripes are two separate layers, or one layer with a black frame added. I'd never have thought to carry on the stripes outside the black frame - I really like that.
Will try to remember (tying knot in imaginary hankie!) to check out your request on the RAK thread this afternoon. We lost a very dear friend to cancer last year, secondaries after having breast cancer a number of years ago. So my thoughts and prayers for your SIL's sister and all the family.
