Well for once I didn't really feel like I was doing a limited supply. I usually forget to put hardware on anyway. I used stamped shells in place of where hardware would probably go.
The beach scene (Rubber Cottage) was colored w/ markers and highlighted w/ a clear glitter gel pen, although it's kind of hard to see here. This is layered on a navy panel.
I stamped the seashell border (Inkadinkado) down the left side of a larger ivory panel and added a few starfish & scallop shells (RST). I stamped some larger shells and the greeting (PSX) and cut the shells out. They are also highlighted w/ the glitter gel pen. The greeting and most of these shells are on foam tape. TFL

What a gorgeous beach scene you've created! The coloring is awesome! The sentiment really hits home with me - sometimes I really miss living close to the ocean in La Jolla!

Oh this makes me want to go so badly! We were hoping to get a trip to Maine in this summer, but with gas so high we're having second thoughts! I long to sit on the beach and wiggle my toes into the hot sand, hear the waves crashing, and watch the lobster men fetching their daily catch! Oops, I think I got carried away there for a minute! I love this main image! I took a photo of two similar chairs on the beach and it's one of my favorites still! There's something beckoning about empty chairs... they call to you! Love your card! Great colors too!

Oh! I am laughing! I came into the LSC gallery this morning to sit and make comments as I enjoy my coffee. I see that our beach cards are side by side. Maybe we should offer them off as a set. hehe!
