I couldn't sleep so got up to check the sketch challenge today. Here's mine! This will be for my Dad. I couldn't figure out where to put a sentiment so left it off until I decide. I masked and sponged until my nails are green! What will they think at work?! Dad loves covered bridges. A few years ago we all went to New England together and stopped at many covered bridges along the way! Any suggestions of where to put a sentiment are appreciated! TFL!

this is beautiful! I always have trouble with the sentiment too, so I often stamp it on acetate so it doesn't detract from the card art. and my second favorite thing to do is to use sets like Everyday Flexible Phrases to strategically stamp a little word---like on the green under the right hand egde of the tree panel. I usually emboss it so it stands out more.
He'll love it no matter what though

wonderful card, hate to take away from the scene, so i agree w/ the sentiment inside, but if you insist on putting one on the front, i say upper left corner. TFS!!
