This is for today's IC123 -- Cow Parade! I was inspired by the colors of the cow found here!
I covered the colored flower with a thick coat of Crystal Effects. After it dried, I snipped around some of the edges and manipulated it so it had some dimension. CE is suprisingly easy to mold when it dries -- it holds the shape and it doesn't crack!

Beautiful, beautiful! Who would have guessed it was inspired by all things...a cow!! Love it and I hope to play too. All sorts of cows running around my mnd!

I LOVE this the coloring on your exceptionally beautiful is to die for. The way that the colors just merge into one another with no obvious lines is gorgeous.

Gosh Anne! what a terrific bloom! wonderful colors and layering - love the white leaves to show off the colored flower - great dot outlining too! super fun challenge!
