Thank you Julia, for another great challenge! Today we had to use spray; any sort; and I chose to make my bg papers using my watercolor paints, and spraying it before it dried with clear water and also a bit of blue Twinkling H2O paint. IRL you can see the shimmer from the T.H2O's. You can also see the glitter on the party hat and party favor thingy.
For the main image I used my Tombow pens and made them look like I watercolored so that it matched the background.
I don't know what is getting into me, I'm not such a big fan of super bright colors, but my cards seem be so bright lately!

OMG, what a bright, happy Birthday card!! I love the gorgeous colors and how you did the background...looks fabulous!! Your coloring is sooo awesome...just perfect!!
