Here is my card for today's very interesting color challenge- rose red, certainly celery, and pumpkin pie. I decided to also make my card a gift card holder and used the template provided by Julie (reneejul1), which can be found here: http://paperpleasing.typepad.com/my_...-of-a-sno.html.
I haven't used my Baroque Motifs set in a while, so I pulled it out. I stamped the small flower on the certainly celery cs in certainly celery ink. I stamped the flourish on the rose red cs in rose red ink. I did some faux stitching along the pumpkin pie band across the center. The large flowers were stamped on whisper white in pumpkin pie and rose red. I cut them out, put green rhinestone brads through the centers and attached with mini pop dots. The sentiment, from Hugs and Wishes, was stamped in versamark and embossed with black ep. On the inside pocket, I stamped the flourish in certainly celery and the small flower in pumpkin pie and rose red.
Love these colors together and had fun making the gift card holder. Thanks for looking and I hope you like it!
