Well i checked your blog...and this wasn't there =( and it takes a while for those of us on dial up to even check blogs

I've had some requests for a tutorial, but I don't have anything that formal. I just cut a piece of card stock that was slightly larger than 3x the size of the notepad. That way, I could fold the cardstock into thirds and glue the notepad into the center portion. I used Sticky Strip for this. To hold the pen in place, I used the Word Window punch to punch a piece of red card stock. I used brads to attach this piece to the navy cardstock, with enough "give" that I could slide the pen under the piece of red cardstock. That's how I hold the pen inside the book buddy.
I made a very simple bookmark out of white cardstock and attached a little "tag" to the top, again made out of a piece of red cardstock that was punched with the Word window punch. I folded this piece of red cardstock in half and attached it to the top of the bookmark with a brad. I clipped the whole bookmark to the inside of the book buddy with a clip from the Hodgepodge hardware kit from SU!
