I first stamped the large pine tree, masked it, and used a mask to shape the underlying image. Used the scalloped oval mask and stamped the stand of trees, removed the mask from the large tree and sponged over them with more brocade blue to shape the scalloped oval. Then I stamped the French Flair (omitting the birds) with versamark and embossed with winter white ep. I cut out that image kind of out of the box, wouldn't you say? Mounted that on Brocade blue. I then cuttlebugged a rectangle of bordering blue, used white craft ink direct to paper and mounted the main image on that. The white strip behind is also cuttlebugged with the swirl, and mounted all that onto brocade blue and that onto night of navy. I used the Japanese stab binding on the top with a silver mesh wire edged ribbon. Whew! I hope you like it!
