This is a nifty little quarterly/seasonal calendar design, which I copied from a commercial one we received in a Christmas card a couple years ago. Basically, it's a half-sheet of cardstock measuring 4 1/4 x 11, scored at 5 1/2 inches and folded in half, supported by a cardstock base inserted in two-inch slits cut into the middle of the bottom of each side.
Month size - Width 1.187, Height 1.312
Year on Page
Border - Box-Thin
No Print Year (I used Snap-Stamps, small formal)
Font - Gloucester MT
Color - I changed the color of the font using RGB codes in the Custom Colors option.
NOTE: If you don't want to create the year, simply choose the Print Year option.
I printed the calendar onto white cardstock and then cut each row of months apart.
Instructions for cardstock insert: Cut a piece of matching cardstock 4 1/4 x 3 inches and then cut a notch out of each corner that measures 1 1/4 x 3/8 inches. The resulting central tabs are slightly shorter than two inches wide, which fit nicely into those slits you created (see photo).
I changed the images for each season, including the background stamps. A great gift feature of this project: it folds flat for mailing!
Just remember, Winter and Spring are on one side, and Summer and Autumn are on the other. :o)
