This is my card for today's sketch challenge. This is my story:
1. This card is not for the rapper dude named 50 cent! I don't know him and the last place I would be sending 50 cents would be to his house! I am pretty sure he has lots more than 50 cents laying around his house!
2. Sometime back I was whining about having to work and not being able to stay home all day and stamp. I commented on wishing I would win the lottery!
3. Shelly (Papermoon04) made and sent this card to me which included two Michagan Lottery tickets!
4. I told Shelly if I won anything I would send her half! This card is for Shelly! I shoulda got this card done a long time ago but I had to wait until I had 50 cents! Bwahahaha!!
5. Shelly...I would tell you to spend this on some nice ribbon or something..but your taste in ribbon is a little more pricey than what this could buy. I know! It could pay a portion of the sales tax!
Thanks Renee (happystamper05) for the awesome sparkley black and silver paper! It's so cool!

Cindy, you will laugh, but not as hard as I did! When my first son was born, I had MY pediatrician for him...instead of telling me he was perfect, he said, "Well, Anne, you've been offered 50 cents for him, but I think you should hold out for 75." (aside...the next one he said $1.00..as 4 years had gone by..but hold out for $1.50. Years later, he had retired, and the new Dr. just said she was perfect. I was disappointed, because I didn't know what she was worth on the open market!) Well, this has turned into a story..but I will chuckle all day. Love your card. Thanks. Anne.

How fun! Bet Shelly will get a kick out of this one. You nailed the challenge in the layout. That paper is fantastic. Goes perfectly with the silver you're sending. TFS

OK, this is fabulous! The ball is back in my court now - right? Your card is fabulously clever, love the colors and the way you attached the quarters. Hey, you probably spent at least 50 cents on all those brads, right? I will try not to spend the money all in one place, maybe I can get a toothbrush at Big Lots!

Shelly will get a real kick out of this one. Love that sparkley paper too. You should think about buying stock in a company that makes brads. ( no, not 'son' Brads. I mean the little thingies you put all over your cards) Great job with this sketch Miss Cindy.

Very cute. That is gorgeous paper. I am sure that Shelly will find someone to go halves with her on another lottery ticket and split her winnings with you. You all could keep this going for a long while if you continued to be lucky. Shelly, let me know if you need another 50 cents to get another lottery ticket.

Way to pay it forward Cindy...this is a really fun idea for sending coins with cards...which I used to do silver dollars for my nieces and nephews. I love the colors and the sparkly silver to match the money...fun fun fun!!!
