Actually, I was teasing him about making it and he told me to draw what I wanted. In the beginning I just drew enough slots for the clasic and craft pads and some ribbon. Then I wondered if the rods would hold enough ribbon so I sarted measuring the spools and decided that the rods should be bigger. Then my husband noticed my spectrum pads on my shelf and said "what about those?" so I started counting the pads that we carry. I finished the drawing and he actually went and bought lumber!! Now, knowing my hubby, I figured that was the end of it.(you now how they like to start things but never finish) He only worked on it for a little while that day so I figured I was right. Then he did a little more the next weekend and the next thing I knew three weekends later he brought it in and told me to try it out!! I'm still in shock!! I don't know if he plans on making any more or not. I will let you know.

I love this! I've been trying to come up with something for my pads and ribbon for my DH to make! Know I have a much better idea. Now, if only I had more room!

WOW!! How nice!! Did he put a handle on that sucker?? As if you could even lift it when it's full! LOL!! Apparently, he is a rare male that UNDERSTANDS your addiction and sees that you have SO much more yet to get! HEE HEE!! I have a very similar organizer but it's about half the size. I bought it on E-bay and I believe I paid somewhere around $65 for it. I am sure he could sell those for $100 EASY!! He should think about it. You are a lucky gal!
By the way, shouldn't those Encore & Spectrum pads be stored upside down? I've always stored mine that way...but maybe it doesn't matter with those?

Your husband did a great job! I would love to have one of these. I'm going to have to see if I can talk my husband into making one for me. Now, I just need to get a stamp room to put it in! LOL
