This is for LSC129 to follow the list of rules. I have not been feeling well the last two days and have stayed home from work. I was hoping a little stamping therapy would make my head stop hurting. It didn't but got my mind off it.
I wanted to make the Boatloads of Love boat into a holiday card and to try my hand at sketching out some Christmas lights all around the boat and to make it shine in the night. I sort of accomplished that but I still need to work on lighting and shading. I tried to get some reflection off the lights down in the water as well. ????? Anyway, I was pleased with all my sketched lights and wreaths in the port holes and life savers. I have fallen crazily in love with Dashing DP and see lots of it being ordered for my holiday cards.

Kittie, this is Awesome!! I live on a harbor on the California coast and at Christmas time there's a big boat parade that goes right past our back deck....as well as many of other boats that are lit up as they cruise around looking at all of the harbor homes lit up with Christmas lights. This is an amazing and really wonderful card you've created with the help of your very creative sketching. I love it!!

This is SO AWESOME. It reminds me of back home in Florida. We used to always watch or participate in the Fort Lauderdale Boat Parade at Christmas. It was so fun!! The boat owners GO ALL for it. They are amazing and this card reminds me of one of those boats...that's how FABULOUS this card is. Thanks so much for sharing!!
