This is for a swap I am in. The fish in the front was run through the mini xyron and then rubbed with dazzling diamond glitter.
The tiny circles are made with a pencil eraser.

I went to the store and looked at all the hair gel. I picked the one that as blue as it gets and had lots of bubbles. I think it was L.A. Looks. The best thing is....that smells really good. Now you take a little ziplock bag (3" x 4") and add some gel. Don't add too much or it gets too bulky. After making this card 13 times...I found that I like it best when there is juuust enough gel in the bag to squeeze it in every part of it. That way the color of the gel is not too overpowering and it doesn't bulge out of the window.
I used a piece of 4" x 5 1/4" cardstock, wheeled it and then cut out the window with the coluzzle. Take a slightly smaller piece of colored cs and cut a smaller size oval if you want the framed look. Now tape the gel bag behind it. Take a piece of CS that is a bit bigger than your window and stamp it with the images you want to show through your gel. Tape that behind your gel bag. Now take the whole thing and tape it to your cardfront. With all that layering you can see why I used eyelets to hold it all together. I hope this helps.
Hugs and smiles.
