This is my second attempt at a cut out window. My first attempt is still sitting in a small pile of cut up pieces.
Mr blue bird was stamped in true thyme on mellow moss and coloured in, cut out and placed on top of the original stamp on the card face. The leaves above his head were stamped with true thyme about 4 times to get the effect of several leaves and branches together. The box is framed with buckaroo blue and the sentiment is stamped with basic black on true thyme. The background is chocolate chip.

What a wonderful card! That looks like a hard thing to create. I think I'll enjoy yours and not attempt my own for a while. :-) Great choice of colors too, by the way!

This is simply stunning....the monochrome of the card with that bright beautiful little bird (the color and coloring are magnificent!) and contrasting frame! Love it all!
