Last Tuesday a woman came into my store and I told her how much she reminded me of my first cousin Laurie. I had lost touch with this favorite cousin when she moved to Florida, and had not spoken to her in three years. In chatting with my customer, whose name happens to be Cindy, I thanked her for coming into the store because I was going to call my cousin and get back in touch with her.
The next day I was at my computer, on SCS of course, and the phone rang. I saw the caller ID and it was my cousin Laurie calling me! I got goose bumps and answered the phone, "you'll never believe this but....."I started crying and told her the story I just told you! She got goossebumps too and we had the best talk and caught up on each others' lives etc, etc,.
I have an open invitation to Fort Meyers FL. as she does here at my house!!
So I made this card with her in mind and off it will go in today's mail!! The keyhole represents the door we have opened once again into each others' hearts ad home!!

Well , orginally I came for the card, which is lovely by the way! Love the cherub, the way you coloured it , and the way you sponged around it!!! Given the story - which is so touching and wonderful, the keyhole is such a perfect addition! Everything about it is just PERFECT!!!!

What a beautiful card, and or course the story is soo touching that it translates to the card. Love the keyhole thought. Thanks for sharing the card and the story behind it.
