This is my card for today's Try a New Technique challenge. This is my story.
1. One of the general managers at the restaurants that I work for is leaving our employ to become the manager at our local Red Robin.
2. I needed to make a best wishes card and I would never have made a card like this were it not for today's challenge. That is what is cool about the challenges.
3. I think this card has an appropriate look for a Red Robin restaurant manager although I probably should have added a little yellow somewhere.
4. Tonight is her going away dinner.
Thanks for looking!

Friends are like the walls of a house. Sometimes they hold you up, sometimes you lean on them. But sometimes, it's enough to know they're just standing by.

This is so cute. The colors sound perfect for a Red Robin employee. We don't have those here, but I think the colors would be red. Love that tag in the neck . Theresa will love it.

I've always loved red and white together, and this card reminds me of Red Robin for sure! The black bow tie and personalized buttons spiff it up even more! I hope this person scrapbooks so she'll have a way to make this the keepsake that it is!
