Crayon resist is a fun technique that I need to use more often.
To soften the brightness of the glossy white cardstock, I sponged a bit of creamy caramel over the leaves before using the crayon.
This card is easily mailed. The brads are faux, so there are no prongs to stick though the front of the card. I made the brads by putting some bronze pigment ink on chocolate chip paper, embossing it with clear embossing powder, and then punching it them out with a 1/4" punch. I cupped them a bit by putting them face down on something soft and pressing with the back of a pen.
