My first go at this technique (faux shaving cream) yielded an ugly Springy blob, so I decided to use colors in the same family and do a wintry card. I don't have a lot of solid stamps because they scare me. I really hate that they don't ink up well (until I discovered ColorBox Fluid Chalk Inks!!). So I used a block stamp. This was a larger rectangle, but I cut it awhile back into two different rectangles.. one more squarish. I inked up the block with ColorBox Ice Blue. Then using Little Pieces, I put bits of French Blue and Blue Iris Ink on the block. Then I took the flower from Mini Messages and swirled the ink around. I used the embossing buddy on the image and then stamped the snowflake with VersaMark. A little silver EP and done. I graded the snowflakes on the white background from the dark Iris Blue down to Alabaster.
