Made the fence with the tag punch as inspired by Britta. Microbeads are colored with ink refill as discussed in Forums at Splitcoaststampers. Made these for a "Get Punchy" trade where we were supposed to use punches in ways other than their original purpose.
Tips for fence: Drag chocolate chip ink pad across Kraft paper to create wood look. Make sure the Chocolate is fully dry, then swipe with White Craft ink pad to develop the aged wood effect. Once the white ink has dried, punch out the "planks".
Tips for flower center: Place beads in a small bowl, add a drop or two of ink, then mix. Be careful! A little bit goes a long way. Let it dry overnight. Spread Crystal Effects on the flower, sprinkle on the colored beads, then cover with another coat of CE. (The beads pick up the color but it won't soak in; seal it with the CE or the color will rub off.)
