I'm using these as favors at my Valentine themed workshop this weekend. I'm trying to spotlight punches and SAB sets. Now to get a final headcount and see how many more of these I need to make!
UPDATE: Wow! I can't believe the response this has recieved! Here are the directions, as requested.
Cut a piece of CS 3x8.5 in your choice of color. Stamp it all over with which ever image you want to use, using the same color ink as the CS. Score it at 3.75, 4.25, and 4.75, then fold so that the whole thing forms the letter W.
Insert your 1 3/8" circle punch in from the side as far as it will go and about 1/3 of the way up from the bottom of the treat and punch the window. Save the punched out circle to reuse as the back layer for the image you stamp on white CS and color in (I used WWC on mine). Punch the colored image out with the 1 ¼” circle punch and glue to the colored circle. Punch a hole towards the top of this tag with the 1/16” handheld circle punch.
I placed 3 Hershey kisses into a small ziplock bag (they sell tiny ones in the craft dept at Walmart), folded the top of the bag over and centered it in between the CS. I used a 1/16" handheld circle punch to punch through both layers of CS, and the bag. Cut a 4” length of ribbon, fold it over and punch one end with the 1/16 punch. Stick a brad through this, and then again through the holes you just made in your CS and baggie. This will hold the container shut. Now punch through the other end of the ribbon. Insert a brad through this hole and through the hole on your circle tag and you are done!
