This will be a hostess gift, but I haven't decided what will go inside yet. Flowers are colored with markers and cut out. I connected the bottom a bit different than the tutorial. I used 1" x 3-1/2" strips of lightweight card stock folded lengthwise, so 1/2 of the strip is glued to the vertical coaster and 1/2 is glued to the bottom coaster (need to shorten this to 3-1/4" so it doesn't interfere with the punched holes). This method was much easier for me to hold the pieces together.

This is beautiful! I didn't like the "woven ribbon" on the tutorial but I really like it using the thinner, silkier ribbon on yours! I made a box and put the glue on the outside edge of the bottom coaster instead of on top of the bottom coaster. It was still hard to do. I like your idea. Great job!

This is absolutely beautiful! I love the coloring of the flowers and the ribbon is just perfect! What a lucky hostess! I wouldn't even mind getting this empty!!
